Washing your decorative stones

To get a really clean, beautiful finish from your decorative stones, it's always a good idea to wash them at the start.

Because decorative aggregates are made from natural stone, they usually have some fine grains and natural deposits on them. Washing these away will enhance the way they look.

You can wash your stones before laying them, but we usually find it's easiest to do this once they're in place.

When you're happy with the position of your stones, just hose them down and leave them to dry naturally.
