Specialist Sands

If you need a specialist sand, then look no further. Our extensive range includes products for amelioration, top dressings and rootzones. Gradings are selected to provide the perfect balance of good drainage and aeration together with reasonable water retention to avoid rapid leaching of the organic nutrients.

All Topsport sands have been selected to satisfy the acceptable particle size distribution required for their specific end use. From football to cricket, rugby or polo, our coarse turf sands are selected to provide durability and consistency. They are suitable for amelioration, drainage and sand slitting and have all been selected for their exceptional bridging capabilities with the Topsport range of grits and gravels.

Topsport lime-free fine turf sands are selected from the appropriate source to satisfy the requirements of the close-clipped golf greens and bowling greens.
