We are constantly monitoring ourselves in order to remain reliable, understanding, responsive as well as being straightforward to deal with.

To ensure our standards are kept high, Tarmac Topfloor undertake regular customer service surveys and we also take part in the Tarmac Customer First initiative which focuses on improving to our customers. Topfloor have also achieved registration to the quality standard ISO 9001: 2000. We are committed to lead the flooring industry through the adoption of high standards and best practice.
