Topcrete residential party wall blocks (RPW)
Topcrete residential party wall blocks (RPW) are purpose designed for the construction of solid separating walls in residential buildings providing good levels of sound insulation, compressive strength and fire resistance.

- Dry density: 1900 - 2000kg/m³

- Laid weight: 373kg/m²
- Thermal conductivity (at 3% moisture content): 1.28W/mK
Unit and laid weights are approximate and calculated based on the specified dry density with 3% moisture content by volume added to provide equilibrium weights.
Topcrete RD is manufactured to comply with EN 771-3, tolerance category D1, and conforms to Category 1 manufacturing control as specified in BS 5628-1.
Topcrete party wall working dimensions
Topcrete RPW blocks are 290mm long x 190mm width x 140mm high.
They should be used to construct a 190mm wall width.
