Durox Supabloc
Supabloc is the most versatile aircrete block available providing the best combination of size, strength and thermal insulation. It can be used for the inner leaf of cavity walls, for solid, clad or rendered external walls, and for internal partition walls. You can also use Supabloc below ground for cavity walls or internal walls in sulfate conditions not exceeding DS-2.
Durox Supabloc 4
Supabloc 4 is mainly used for cavity separating walls between homes that conform to Approved Document E or Robust Details E-WM-6 and E-WM-15. It can also be used for the inner and outer leaves of external cavity walls.
Durox Supabloc 7
Supabloc 7 is suitable for more demanding loadbearing situations, whilst retaining the characteristic low weight of aircrete. It can also be used in separating walls, including those conforming to Robust Detail E-WM-6 and E-WM-15.
Durox Supabloc 10
Supabloc 10 is produced to Category 1 manufacturing controls defined in BS 5628-1. It can provide equivalent wall strength to conventional 10.4 N/mm² block produced to less rigorous manufacturing control.
Durox Foundation
Used below DPC in solid walls, Foundation blocks will speed up construction eliminating the need for separate leaves, wall ties and concrete cavity fill.
Durox Coursing bricks
Great with Durox blocks, these bricks are designed for general coursing and infilling small areas, like those between timber floor or roof members. We recommend using them in Durox walls to avoid thermal bridging, and eliminate cutting and waste of full size blocks.
Durox Floor
These infill units are for use with beam and block flooring and are light and quick to install. They provide effective thermal and sound insulation meeting the requirements of building regulations.
Durox Coursing slips
Designed to be used with Durox Floor blocks and 150mm precast concrete beams. Durox Coursing slips help eliminate thermal bridging. They also save time, effort and waste by minimising the need for intensive cutting.
