Durox Supabloc 4 aircrete blocks

Supabloc 4 is extremely versatile, and can be used where just one block type is required for use in external and separating walls in houses and apartments, as well as other building types.

Durox Supabloc 4 applications

- Inner leaf of cavity walls

- Outer leaf of cavity walls, clad or rendered*

- Cavity separating walls including those conforming to Robust Details E-WM-6 and E-WM-15

- Foundation walls in soils up to Design Sulfate Class DS-3

*When rendered, Supabloc 4 is recommended in conjuction with partial cavity insulation.

Durox Supabloc 4 specification

- Mean compressive strength: 4.2N/mm²

- Thermal conductivity: 0.16W/mK

- Gross dry density: 630kg/m³

- Reaction to fire: Class A1

Supabloc 4 is manufactured to comply with EN 771-4 and conforms to Category 1

manufacturing control as specified in BS 5628-1.

Unit and laid weights, which are given for design purposes, are approximate and calculated based on the specified dry density with a 3% moisture content by weight added to provide equilibrium weights.
