How TermoDeck works
TermoDeck is a fan-assisted heating, cooling and ventilating system. It uses the high thermal mass of structural, hollowcore slabs to warm or cool fresh air before it's distributed into the room spaces of the building.
TermoDeck Engineering service
TermoDeck is all about helping you achieve a competitive low energy building that will operate efficiently long into the future. TermoDeck is an integral part of a building and so is only suitable for new buildings.
Thermal Modelling service
Our service also includes thermal modelling in the design phase using the powerful Equa Software. This software is used to predict temperatures in selected parts of a building to first establish the feasibility of using TermoDeck.
Post Monitoring service
During the first year of operation, fine-tuning of the control set-points is essential, as is a thorough check of the response of the heating and ventilation plant. The British climate presents differing challenges through the seasons and each building and associated computer-controlled management system, will respond uniquely.
Feasibility study service
TermoDeck is such an integral part of a building structure that it needs to be considered at the very initial concept stage. The best way to assess feasibility is for TermoDeck's engineers to take be involved in your plans and advise on what benefits TermoDeck can bring to the project.
