Commercial relationships

Our preferred contractual arrangement is for TermoDeck to be a nominated sub-contractor to the main or principal contractor. This is because our on-site activities start at the earliest stage and carry on until final commissioning. Our scope of works covers a wide variety of activities, from initial discussions, through to the build and post build monitoring, a period that can be up to 5 years!

Site Activity:

TermoDeck have experienced site teams that undertake various tasks during the construction phase. Once the standard hollowcore slabs have been fixed in position on site, we undertake the necessary modifications using diamond drilling methods and other specialist techniques. TermoDeck engineers are also involved in witnessing pressure tests and working with commissioning engineers.
