National Road Planing (NRP) is the UK's premier road planing contractor. Combining 30 years experience in the industry with the largest technologically advanced fleet, we have the flexibility and resources to provide specialist solutions to meet your needs.

Strategically located throughout the UK we can provide full national road planing coverage, so that wherever you are in the country you will receive the same reliable, quality, safe and responsive service that our clients require.

Our clients also benefit from our innovative approach, working with our clients to address sustainability targets working in conjunction with Tarmac's recycling products, to ensure the best use of the road planings as secondary aggregates or recycled material.

Our fleet

We are continually investing in our planing fleet, one of the largest in the UK, to ensure we remain at the forefront of planing technology. Our 30 strong fleet covers the whole spectrum of planing machines, ranging from the W350 capable of for small works in footpaths and around ironwork, through to the W2200 that can cut a full carriageway lane to a depth of 350mm in a single pass.

Our own road sweepers, lorries, water bowsers and transport low loaders support the entire fleet. Plant and equipment is maintained in house, employing well trained experienced fitters in our workshop facilities at our depots and fully mobile workshops, to maintain a full 24/7 response to support plant on site.
