White Peak hydraulic lime

Back

Whit Peak range of products

White Peak natural hydraulic lime (NHL) is a very versatile material which provides a highly workable mix with early set strength and long-term flexibility and breathability of the hardened mortar or render. Hydraulic lime mortars are less brittle and rigid than cement mortars which is beneficial for all types of masonry work, in particular the restoration of period and historic buildings. In recent years natural hydraulic lime has made a comeback in modern masonry construction due to its durability and beneficial properties.
