Basalt
A hardstone Tarmac aggregate
Basalt is very similar to granite. It is an igneous rock with a medium to coarse texture. Basalt has different polished stone value, when compared to the properties to granite. Basalt is good for foundation and groundwork as it is an excellent thermal insulator.
