    Thermocast System

The system comprises of manufactured precast concrete coffered units, laced with an internal matrix of polybutylene pipes. Temperature-controlled water is passed through the pipes to cool the structure. It utilises water as its cooling energy source (a naturally occurring, self-replenishing resource).

Units respond quickly and directly to changes in temperature. It provides constant performance, irrespective of ambient conditions. Thermocast units absorb the excess heat from the internal environment naturally.
