Project Management and Early contract involvement (ECI)
Tarmac National Contracting undertake over 5000 individual contracts per annum on a national basis.
Our contracts vary in size and scope from minor discrete resurfacing schemes to larger reconstruction projects as both principal contractor and major subcontractor so our experience of project management is both extensive and varied.
