Tarmac Online
Tarmac online is a secure website that allows customers to access copies of their documents online. The document types that can be accessed are invoices, credit notes, debit notes and Proof of Delivery Notes.
Electronic Invoicing
Rather than sending paper invoices, Tarmac can send customer invoices electronically by email (.pdf format). This replaces the process of sending invoices by post. For large Tarmac customers, rather than sending paper invoices, Tarmac can send invoice data (sometimes through a "trading hub") directly to the customer's computerised purchasing system.
Reporting via email
There are a number of reports that Tarmac can provide for our customers. These are generated automatically and contain details of a customers despatch, invoice, statement and quote data.
