Cemrok - Construction and installation grouts

Our grouts set rapidly, giving you fast high strength, without shrinkage. You can use Cemrok products in the wet and at very low temperatures, while the special lime grouts are designed for heritage projects.

Base Plate Grouts:

Cemrok/Easi-Flow/GA - A high fluidity grout designed for base plate grouting and anchoring bolts, posts etc.

Cemrok/Easi-Flow/ExCel - Very high strength fluid grout suitable for stanchion plates, machine base plates etc.

Rapid Set Grouts:

Cemrok/FS/G - Pola Rapid setting, flowing grout that can be used where ambient temperatures are low.

 

Duct-filling Grout:

Ductfill 307 - Non shrink grout for structural void filling such as temporary pre-stressing ducts.

Ductfill 310 - Non-shrink for grouting temporary pre-stressing ducts.

 

Expansive Grouts:

BC 91 EA - High strength plasticised grout which affords high levels of sulphate resistance.

BC 55 EA - High Strength expansive grout for rock and anchor bolts.

 

Admixture:

Cemrok/ExPa - Grout Admixture Inhibits shrinkage in cementitious
