Why Tarmac

Before Tarmac I worked for 19 years in different industries from IT distribution to manufacturing, retail operation and food production. Tarmac is one of major players in quarry materials, which means we must constantly deliver improvements in performance, innovation, safety and efficiency to satisfy our customers.

Tarmac gives you real responsibility and autonomy but also has the support structure and the training opportunities to help you succeed.  Because Tarmac is a large company there are plenty of opportunities for people with diverse skills, qualifications and backgrounds.
