Tarmac Topblock Take Back Scheme

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have launched the innovative 'Tarmac Topblock Take Back Scheme' - working in partnership with HIPPOWASTE™, the environmentally friendly solution allows customers a sustainable way of disposing of excess blocks onsite.

 

Instead of throwing your blocks into a skips, you can now simply put your unwanted broken blocks into a HIPPOBAG™, which will then be collected and recycled.

To take part in our scheme, follow our few simple steps.

1. Order your HIPPOBAG™ from our National Sales Helpline and fill it with broken and unwanted aircrete and / or aggregate blocks.

2. When you have filled your bags and an up-lift is required, simply contact HIPPOWASTE™.

3. Filled bags are then up-lifted and transported back to the nearest Tarmac Recycling site.

4. Bags are emptied; waste blocks are crushed and returned to the manufacturing process.
