Delivery Options and Livery

Products can be supplied with options to cater for most site conditions. All aircrete products (Durox and Toplite) are shrinkwrapped. Shrinkwrapping is an optional extra for aggregate (Hemelite and Topcrete) products.

 

Standard packs:

Standard packs are the most common type of packaging. They can be easily unloaded and stored. Pallets can be supplied on request.

 

Fork Lift packs:
Fork Lift packs are normally supplied via stockists and have the added advantage of portability. They are voided making them easy to transport using grab or fork-lift vehicles.

Fork lift packs are available in Hemelite, Topcrete and Toplite.

Mini packs:

Mini packs are supplied on non-returnable pallets offering the added advantage of portability. They are easy to transport using grab or fork-lift vehicles. Shrinkwrapping contains the blocks securely, allowing easy handling either in the stockist's yard or on site. Available in Durox.

 

Deliveries:
Topblock orders can be placed with leading Builders' Merchants throughout the United Kingdom for delivery to site. Topblock products are stocked by many Builders' Merchants.

 

Delivery Vehicles:
We offer delivery via a fleet of different vehicles, operated by contracted owner-drivers. Most lorries offer full crane off-loading service with self-powered cranes. As the only manufacturer offering a complete range of block types, we're in the unique position of being able to deliver mixed loads of blocks.

This can reduce the number of deliveries required, meaning less wear and tear on the site, and can lessen the pressure to find storage for large quantities of blocks. Our fleet of delivery vehicles includes highly manoeuvrable trailers with rolling cranes, which can access more restricted sites.

The trailers offer an impressive 28 degrees of steer on the rear axle, and in addition the rolling cranes provide better utilisation of crane space and allows the product to be tipped from the back; an important consideration where access is tight.
