Sustainability Framework
Sustainability is a central element in our business strategy, informing how we operate and develop our business. Our Sustainability Framework establishes the key priorities - or material issues - for our business under four sustainability themes. It helps us set challenging performance targets to guide our development and progress.
The four major themes defined by the Framework are: sustainable products; climate change, natural resources & the environment; and people & communities. The Framework enables us to identify and understand the impact of our activities; innovate and implement sustainable solutions; measure our sustainability performance to deliver year-on-year and long-term improvements; and communicate our progress clearly and transparently.
