EDI Invoicing
For large Tarmac customers, rather than sending paper invoices, Tarmac can send invoice data (sometimes through a "trading hub") directly to the customer's computerised purchasing system.
There are significant administrative benefits of this solution as it eliminates manual input of invoice data and ensures data accuracy between Tarmac and our customers' systems.
Switch to EDI Invoicing
If you are a customer of Tarmac and would like to switch to EDI invoicing, please send a note to enquiries@tarmac.co.uk and we will contact you to set up the service.
Email Invoicing
If you are not interested in EDI but would like your invoices delivered electronically, we can now send your invoices via email. This cuts down on paperwork and allows you to store them more easily. We’ll also send you a summary file in Excel from which you can cut and paste details straight into your accounting package.
