Value engineering

We can often optimise the whole life cost of a pavement through design. At the same time as ensuring long-term performance, we use our expertise to source alternative materials, reducing construction depths, saving materials and saving money

Sustainable urban drainage systems

Tarmac's full depth porous pavement system allows rainwater to permeate the surface layer and be collected in an environmentally friendly reservoir.

Recycled roads

Where suitable materials are not readily available locally, we have the design expertise and production technologies to recycle carriageway arisings, offering a fully recycled pavement from capping through to surface course with the added benefit of reduced manufacturing and transport emissions..
