Tarmac Online - Electronic reporting

Reporting via email

There are a number of reports that Tarmac can provide for our customers. An excel file is sent automatically by email.

Dispatch Report

This is a daily or weekly update containing details of deliveries made to your account or particular site during the preceding day or week. It includes the quantity and material produced. The report is prepared on the evening of the dispatch and therefore, part-load charges and waiting time are not included. Price is also not included in the standard report but can be added at your request.

How does it help?

In two ways: firstly, you can cut and paste details straight into your systems, meaning your accounts people don't have to type in data from paper tickets. And secondly, your staff can use it to help manage the site.

Invoice Report

This daily or weekly report contains all the information in the Dispatch Report as well as price, part-load charges and waiting time. It also covers any invoices sent to you during the preceding day or week.

How does it help?

You can simply cut and paste straight into your accounting package, rather than having to type in information from paper invoices.
