Tarmac granted extension at Swinden Quarry

Tarmac has confirmed that it has won planning approval from the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority to extend the operational life of Swinden quarry, near Skipton. The extension was passed by a unanimous decision, with local parishes also voting in support of the application.
